Effective March 1, 2A13, you will be required to pay the Title Ad Valorem Tax, which is 6.5% of the vehicle’s current value, an $18.00 title processing fee, and a $20.00 tag fee. After January 1, 2014, the TAVT will increase to 6.757o. You can go online at http://www.newtitletax.com and enter the VIN number to calculate the amount due or bring all documentation to our office and we will calculate for you.
