COUNTY OF EVANS

NOTICE OF ADVANCE VOTING

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-385(d)(3), notice is hereby given that Advance (Early) Voting for the
Evans County Special Election for E-SPLOST, the City of Claxton Special Election for City Council, District
2, and the City of Hagan Special Election for City Council, District 1 will be jointly held at the Evans
County Courthouse Annex, 201 Freeman Street, Claxton, GA 30417 from February 27 th through March
17 th 2023. Early Voting will be held Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and on
Saturday, March 4 th and Saturday March 11 th from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Statement from Regina Miller, Chief Appraiser, Evans County Tax Assessor’s Office:

Attention Property Owners

The Evans County Tax Assessor’s Office is currently doing a county wide revaluation. GMASS is the contractor, and they will be out visiting every property in the county. The contractors should have identification on themselves, and their vehicle should be marked.
