Buildings and Grounds Superintendent   |   ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
The Evans County Board of Commissioners is accepting applications for a full time Buildings and Grounds Superintendent. Applications will be accepted until position is filled. Applicants must be able to perform maintenance and repairs on county property, and be at least 18 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid Georgia driver’s license. Applicants must have some experience in construction work, electrical work, landscaping and plumbing. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Heavy Equipment Operator   |   ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
The Evans County Road Department is accepting applications for full-time Heavy Equipment Operators. The applicants must be able to work in adverse weather conditions, operate heavy equipment and other machinery (i.e. backhoe, excavator, bulldozer, front end loader, tractor), be at least 18 years of age or older, and have a valid Georgia driver’s license. Applications will be accepted until the all positions are filled and can be obtained and submitted on the Evans County Website and at the Evans County Commissioners Office located in the Courthouse Annex. Paramedic/EMT-A   |   ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
Evans County is currently seeking part time and full-time Paramedics and EMT-A’s. Certification as a Paramedic by the State of Georgia or National Registry is accepted. Paramedic must also be certified in ACLS, PALS, BCLS. EMT-A must be Certified by the State of Georgia and have BLS. Both positions require possession of a valid driver’s license with solid history of safe driving issued by the State of Georgia. Evans County is an equal opportunity employer.
